Huppert Industries offers a complete line of hardening, tempering, and dual chamber, tool room furnaces.Complimenting the line is the heavy duty batch furnace, also called a box furnace. It is available in both hardening and tempering models. The batch furnace, or box furnace, designed for annealing, or other high temperature applications can be built with inert atmosphere processing capability. All tempering, or draw furnaces, are equipped with circulating fans for maximum chamber temperature uniformity. We also build a special application industrial furnace line which includes our Nitrider. The most reliable gas Nitriding pit furnace system on the market. Our high temperature furnace line is capable of reaching temperatures up to 3100 degrees Fahrenheit. Quality and reliability is the cornerstone of every Huppert Industries heat treating furnace. |
